What coverage actually means
Coverage can vary by address.
Being in the service area is not the same as every service being available. Each address has its own providers, and each provider has its own rules. Two homes on the same street can sit on different water systems.
We match the address first, then tell you what we can file and what you’ll complete yourself.
Anything we cannot complete comes off the invoice. You are not charged for work we did not do. If a provider is not offered, it still appears on the plan with the steps to finish it.
